Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative

The Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative is a 10-month long program comprised of executives from various business organizations. This program provides tours of important organizations within Chino, Chino Hills, and neighboring areas. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from and form relationships with leaders across industries in Government, Public Safety, Logistics, Manufacturing, Medical, Transportation, Education, Non-profit, and small and large businesses alike. Additionally, participants work together to identify a community issue and identify a solution to execute upon. At the end of the program there is a small celebration to celebrate the group's community project and reflect on their journey through the program.

Alumni Association

The Alumni Association is an exclusive networking group that fosters lasting connections and continued growth within the leadership program. Members enjoy exclusive access to four annual events: the Alumni Mixer, the Alumni Roundtable, a complimentary ticket to the Leadership Graduation, and a special breakfast with the Leadership Collaborative cohort. Together, these gatherings provide ongoing opportunities to strengthen relationships, share insights, and celebrate leadership within our community. The Alumni Association is exclusively available to those who have graduated from the Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative.

Community Goods Project

As part of the Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative, participants work together on the annual Community Goods Project, a hands-on initiative designed to create meaningful impact in the region.

This project brings leaders together to identify a community need, pool resources, and deliver direct support whether through fundraising, in-kind donations, or volunteer service. More than just a service effort, the Community Goods Project fosters collaboration, strengthens connections among participants, and leaves a lasting contribution to the Chino Valley community.

The community goods project is voted on by the members of the Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative for that cohort year and the project is approved by the Chino Valley Foundation Board. We encourage non-profits to participate in our annual "Non-Profit" Day which is where we invite non-profits to present their organization and their need to the Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative.

If you are a non-profit interested in participating in the "Non-profit" Day please reach out to Julia Cabrera, External Affairs Director at jcabrera@chinovalleychamber.com.
