Clinical Rotations & Health Workforce Alignment

We support allied health programs by:

  • Identifying and building relationships with local hospitals and clinics.
  • Facilitating stakeholder meetings to define placement needs and objectives.
  • Coordinating health career resource fairs to connect students with CHW, CNA, and Phlebotomy employers.
  • Hosting career events and community job fairs to support workforce placement.

Work-Based Learning & Internships

We offer turnkey internship programming that includes:

  • Semester-based internship placement pipelines (target: 100 interns/year).
  • Employer outreach, student screening, and business matching.
  • In-class visits, resume coaching, and interview preparation workshops.
  • Job placement reporting and success tracking metrics.

Advanced Manufacturing & InTech Center Collaboration

  • Build employer pipelines aligned with InTech Center and Chaffey College programs.
